Nicky Sevim studied in Switzerland and recently he and his wife moved to Castiglione del Lago in Umbria, the green heart of Italy.

Nicky is a visionary designer with a strong passion for High Quality Italian food. Travelling around the world, Nicky noted that it was extremely difficult to come across top quality ready-to-eat meals, particularly as this type of product is essential for those who are always on the run. From these considerations he had the revolutionary idea of combining Italian raw materials and new technologies, with the aim of reinventing the consumption of ready meals, providing a fresh, hot and renowned Italian quality meal. “From the beginning of my career I wanted to support the chefs and the distribution of their culinary skills throughout Europe. I worked towards creating a perfect self-heating system, as practical as possible in order to provide quality food around the world.

After years of research and study, we finally succeeded in producing the first self-heating meal of its kind, fully patented worldwide. We have mastered the sterilisation process that does not alter the taste or vitamin content of the meals, as is usually the case with the addition of chemicals or artificial colourants. The result is a delicious homecooked type hot meal, 100% free from bacteria, that can be stored at ambient or room temperature for up to 24 months in the case of MANGIO CALDO and 12 months in the case of KWIK CHEF self-heating meals. Now the consumer can enjoy a healthy, fast, delicious and hot meal whenever and wherever he so desires – a meal which tastes great and can be eaten anywhere!
